Before we fabricated the “disappearing effect” curved rail or the niche inserts, our customer came to us with a rough sketch of what they had in mind for the balcony overlooking their kitchen. It had to be fabricated to fit the curvature of the balcony rail. After finding the correct style of font to use, we turned the rough sketch into an autocad drawing in order to make fabrication easier. The insert was powdercoated with a black semi gloss finish and then we applied antique brass gilder’s paste on the emblem to make it “pop” (stand out). It was then inserted into the existing railing of the balcony. Our customer and family were literally brought to tears when they saw the finished piece of art!
